If something arrives broken, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a replacement.

Returns

Because candles and fragrances are personal-care products, we can’t accept returns on used items.

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
